broken from the factory

my brand new Granite Grom had this servo saver and it was completely seized. The spring was deep into the plastic, and even when removing the spring, the two halfs of the saver are fuzed together. The shaft on the inner half was bowed out at the end and stuck into the outer half. This is most likely why the stock servo didn't last more than a few ...Read More

Works, as long as you use a Spektrum servo…

There’s nothing wrong with the servo saver itself, it’s just that Arrma is going proprietary, by using a 20t spline while the rest of the world uses 25t. So basically, if you want to run an aftermarket servo, you have to rely on the aftermarket to come up with a solution.
