These are the standard tires on the Arrma Kraton 6S (at least in 2022), but they should definitely be considered for other trucks. I searched for years for the perfect tires for the Tekno MT410. I've run two different Pro-Line tires (Shockwave and Big Joe II), two different Duratrax tires (Six Pack MT and Six Pack ST), and now two dBoots tires (Ba

(1) These are seriously-big tires without being too wide. At 6.5" tall, they look like a proper 1/8-scale MT tire, but at just 3.3" wide, they aren't so bulky that they bog down the handling of the truck. While big 3.5"-4" wide truck tires may look cool, they are clumsy. For what it's worth, the Copperhead 2 is almost exactly halfway between the Pro-Line MX and MX38, which a lot of people consider too small and too big, respectively.
(2) The weight is reasonable at 349g a tires on my scale. That's far less than Duratrax tires, and lower than most Pro-Line 3.8"-class tires as well.
(3) The wheels are attractive: it's all personal, but these look better than many other dBoots rims, and about on par with Pro-Line.
(4) they have a near-zero offset (maybe technically 1/4"): this is great for the Tekno MT410, which has really long arms, and it's of course designed around Arrma vehicles, which are similarly-proportioned. They would not be good for most Traxxas vehicles, which tend to be narrower.
(5) They have great grip, something that a lot of Pro-Line tires (like the popular Trencher) and some Duratrax tires don't offer.
The only thing that concerns me is the price. It used to be that dBoots tires were considerably more affordable than Pro-Line tires and on a level with Duratrax. Now they are between them in price, and unlike Pro-Line, dBoots is not made in the USA. Hopefully prices will eventually fall back in line. Read LessRead less about These are the standard tires on the
