The ‘ARRMA’ website is operated by ‘ARRMA Durango Ltd’ for the purposes of disseminating information about our company, products and services.  The ‘ARRMA’ website also exists to provide access to associated ‘ARRMA’ websites (including, but not limited to, www.arrma-rc.com, www.goforit-rc.com), to enable users of the website to request and receive information and/or place orders for ‘ARRMA’ products.

The ‘ARRMA’ website, its content, functionality and design, is protected in the UK and elsewhere in the world by copyrights, trademarks, designs and/or design rights and other intellectual property rights, either used by us under licence from a third party or owned by ‘ARRMA Durango’; by this expression, we mean ‘ARRMA Durango Ltd’ and each of its subsidiaries, together with selected companies (which are either our partners who perform a function such as secure transaction processing, or agencies and suppliers with whom we have partnered, to assist us to more effectively fulfil orders, manage and conduct promotions and offers, provide technical assistance and support and perform other functions to support marketing, customer service and other activities).  None of the website, the website content, the website functionality or the website design, nor any part of any of each, may be used in any manner whatsoever, except either as provided for in these Terms and Conditions, or in the text on the website or within the strict terms of the written permission of ‘ARRMA Durango’ obtained for the proposed use in advance of such use (and in respect of which ‘ARRMA Durango’ neither warrants, nor represents, that your proposed use will not infringe any third party rights).

We do not collect any personally identifiable data from individuals unless specifically provided by the individuals.  For example, you voluntarily provide your name, postal address, email address and phone number when you register a product on the ‘ARRMA Durango’ website.  We take the protection of your personally identifiable data very seriously and we comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 when handling your data. We will use any such information to respond to your requests.  We reserve the right to retain the content of any email that we receive, including the email address from which it was sent, and our response in order to support your enquiries to the extent we are permitted to do so by Data Protection Act 1998 legislation.
